Your membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable.

If I'm already enrolled in the standard Capital Dental membership plan, can I sign up for the implant maintenance plan?
If you are already enrolled in our standard membership plan, you will not need to pay the startup fee again. Any payments you’ve already made will be applied toward the new implant maintenance membership, and you’ll simply pay the difference.
