Most Associate Jobs SUCK.

Ours doesn’t. We are an incredible private practice that is growing and growing quickly. We just finished our 14 operatories this spring and we will need more help. In the next few months, we will hire an associate who can run an office, perform exceptional dentistry, and add value to our patients doing operative dentistry, molar root canals, crowns and bridges, and Invisalign.

Specialty dentistry is a plus for this associate, along with being able to work independently. There are lots of opportunities to be compensated well. We want the best for our patients. We accept many PPOs and only Drs. Chapek and Hershberger are in-network with Medicaid for extractions only. We do great dentistry, and our patients reward us with referrals from friends, family, and coworkers.

We are currently looking for an associate for four days a week, and we will fill this person up with patients almost immediately. The doctors are very busy and will be happy to have more space to get an associate busy quickly. In the first four months of the year, we have over 1,000 new patients.
